In early 1997, MicroSoft Release Visual Basic 5.0, which has
the ability to using JPG, GIF, and some other picture format. I know that
now I have a chance to write a program that I always want to write -- a clock
that can use my own picture, and maxmize to be a screen saver.|
So in fact, JX CLOCK is my first VB program. during 1997,7 ~ 1998,9, By my knowledge to computer graphic and programing, with the help of NCTU CSIE stuff, NCTU ANIME CLUB, and some other programers in Taiwan. I successfully complete this program, and got my approval to begin my graduate study.
The first release of jx clock is in 1998.10, version 0.95.
The basic afflatus of JX CLOCK is from EMI CLOCK. The famous digit clock
on various Operating System. Written by Toshiya Moto.|
First time I saw Emi Clock is during my Freshman year in NCTU. I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! And that's why I want to write JX PHOTO CLOCK.
In order to show respect to Emi Clock, the Default Size of JX PHOTO CLOCK is set to be smaller than Emi Clock.
